Take the train to Portland's fireworks!

Beginning at 3pm, "Independence Limited" trains will depart every 20 to 30 minutes from our station, next to the Ocean Gateway Terminal, and carry guests one-way to Cutter Street. Passengers will disembark at this spot for an easy walk to one of the best vantage points in the city to watch the fireworks display. The last train will depart from the Old Port at approximately 9pm.

Admission for the train ride from the Old Port to Cutter Street is just $5 per person!!

Passengers with exact change are welcome to pay the Conductor at the platform and board the train. Those who want to pay with credit card, cash app, or need change, can visit the station for tickets.

After the fireworks, trains will offer complimentary, no-cost return rides as a public service to bring spectators from Cutter Street to the Old Port. Limit 400 riders per train!
